摘    要:随着我国市场经济的繁荣,比较广告也倍受青睐。由于比较广告具有攻击性、攀附性的特点及抬高自身的倾向性,极易侵害消费者和其他经营者权益,故明晰比较广告的合法性标准至关重要。

Abstract:With the development of the market economy, people are more and more fond of comparative advertising. Because of its aggression, and the tendency to show off, it is more likely to prejudice the rights of the consumers and other operators. Therefore, it is important to clarify the standard of validity of comparative advertising.
