略论我国行政诉讼第三人制度之完善

本文在总结我国行政诉讼第三人制度的缺陷的基础上，借鉴大陆法系国家的相关规定，通过明确第三人的确定标准、第三人类型化以及明确第三人参加诉讼的程序、权利、义务等方面来完善我国行政诉讼第三人制度。

On the Improvement of Chinese Third Party of Administrative Litigation

This article sums up the deficiencies of the system of third party in Chinese administrative litigation and studies the cvil law countries＇ provisions, through to clear the standards of determining the third party, type the third party, as well as clear the process of third party to participate in the arbitration procedures, rights, duties and so on to improve our system of administrative litigation in the third party.
