公安教育新兴专业培育与保障机制研究

随着经济社会的发展,作为公安教育主力军的公安院校在新兴专业的设置上应充分考虑到行业、区域的发展需求,瞄准经济社会发展与公安实战一线对现代警务人才的实际需要和现代警务发展的方向与趋势。在此,我们分析了当前我国公安教育新兴专业发展所处的历史背景及现状,阐述了公安教育积极适应社会治安形势新变化、新需求推出新兴专业的意义和时代背景,提出了新兴专业培育与保障的具体机制与措施。这对公安教育发展及其他教育新兴专业建设具有较强的借鉴意义。

Study on the Incubation and Support Mechanism of New Disciplines in Police Professional Education

With the development of economy and society, it is important to train more and more qualified people to meet the needs of the country and the public security organs. At the same time, it also speeds up some new branches of specialized subject. The paper analyses the historical background and state of the new discipline development in our vocational education and explains that police professional education as a part of our vocational education should actively readjust itself to the new changes and requirements of public order and shows the significance and historical background of new disciplines. It also suggests specific mechanisms and measures of incubating and supporting new disciplines, which offers good reference to the development of police professional education and other vocational education.
