| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗制度自从2003年在我国各地农村广泛开展以来,取得了初步成效,减轻了农民医疗负担,改善了农村医疗服务条件。但由于种种现实因素的制约,其实施现状与预期效果尚存一定差距。因此,必须扩大新型农村合作医疗的参与面,提高参保率,建立快捷的审核报销机制,加强管理监督,提高医务人员的医疗水平,增加地方财力投入。
