| 摘 要： | <民族区域自治法>要发挥有效的保障作用,必须有一系列配套工程给以强有力的支撑.党中央和国务院非常重视民族区域自治法配套法规建设.民族区域自治法配套法规建设取得了一定成就,但还存在一些问题.国务院及其部委以及自治区和辖有民族自治地方的省、直辖市进一步完善民族区域自治法配套法规建设,是当前我国社会主义民族法制建设的紧迫任务和重要内容.
