| Abstract: | This paper makes a brief review on most of the papers and words published in China in the field of maritime law in 2000 while giving its special attention to the new development in theory and questions under hot discussion. It is arranged in the order as follows: real right of ships, carriage of goods by sea, admiralty law, maritime insurance law and special marine procedures. In addition, the paper concludes on the prospect of China's maritime law development. |
