东道国法制环境对中国企业“走出去”的影响

The Influences of Host Countries' Legal Environment on the"Going Out" Strategy in China's Enterprises

One of the passages for the participation of our country in the international economy is to "go out" for our enterprises.At present,our overseas direct investments have covered five continents with enlarging scales and diversified main bodies.With the great development of the "going out",the enterprises in China are still faced with many difficulties and even some serious frustrations sometimes.An intensified research on the legal environment of the host countries may help our enterprises to reduce the obstacles in complementing the "going out"strategy and achieve our overseas investment goals to the greatest extent.
