中国保安业的现状考察与立法思考

保安业发展很快，职业标准出台推动了保安的职业化发展，但是与此同时仍存在很多问题：管理体制没有理顺、经营模式落后、保安人员执法权限少、保安行业的不成熟性、职业化不明显、教育培训不足等。保安业迅速发展需要在立法上解决一些问题：理顺管理体制，改革经营模式；促进保安服务业的科技化和专业化水平；加强保安从业人员的资格考核和培训；注意对保安业及其从业人员的立法保护。
