论大学生责任教育与道德行为选择

大学德育的基础是责任教育，所谓责任教育，是指以培养大学生的内心责任感和责任认识水平为主要内容的教育活动。责任教育的成败直接决定着大学生的行为选择倾向，它对大学生的职业行为、人际交往、创造财富等行为选择都有着重要的影响。深化当代大学生责任教育，必须构建大学责任教育课程体系；为学生提供丰富多彩、主动参与的机会，并通过各种途径，不断提高大学生的责任认识水平；要脚踏实地，循序渐进，逐步推进责任教育。

On Responsibility Education and Moral Behavior Selection for College Students

The base of moral education is responsibility education,the so called responsibility education refers to the educational activities cultivating the sense and acknowledgement of responsibility of college students.The results of responsibility education decide the trend of college students' behavior selection.Furthermore,it has significant effect to the work behavior,people's relations and creation of wealth.To deepen the responsibility education of college students,we need to construct the college responsibility education course system,to offer the students with more colorful and actively partaking chances and improve the responsibility education step by step.
