| 摘 要： | 近年来,网络赌博犯罪在中国迅速蔓延扩张.网络赌博活动具有形式多样、参赌人员圈子化、赌场空间虚拟化与国际化等特点.打击网络赌博犯罪活动,一方面需要从信息情报入手,拓宽破案途径,强化证据意识,提高取证能力.另一方面,需要完善相关法制建设,动员社会力量,进行社会治安综合治理.

| Abstract: | In recent years, the crime of net - gambling is spreading widely in China. Net - gambling is characterized by great varieties, bounded participants, virtuality and internationalization of gambling space. To strike the crime of net - gambling, we should begin with intelligence, open up ways of case solving, strengthen the awareness of evidence, and improve the capability of obtaining evidence. On the other hand, we should perfect relative legal systems, mobilize social factors, and carry out an integrated administration over social order. |
