| 摘 要： | 犯罪人被剥夺政治权利的法律规定是否公平、合理?剥夺政治权利刑从表面上看,似乎是一种确定刑,但当它在司法实践中和具体的罪行结合起来运用时,却变成了不确定刑,形成了立法上的表面确定和司法上的实际不确定的局面。

| Abstract: | Is it fair and reasonable for criminals to be deprived of their politic rights? Apparently,it seems to be a definite punishment,but it changes to be an indefinite one if it's combined with a specific crime in the judicial practice,which leads to a situation of apparent certainty in legislation and practical uncertainty in justice. |
