论突发事件信息公开机制之构建

建立突发事件的信息公开机制,是保障公众的知情权、加强群众监督、提高应急效率、有效预防和应对突发事件的需要。为此,要进一步完善新闻发言人制度,建立预警信息发布机制,构建多层次的信息公开平台,加快信息公开的法制化建设,建立与媒体之间的沟通与合作机制。同时要坚持信息公开的主动及时、真实有效、口径一致、正确引导、实时监控等原则。
