| 摘 要： | 新中国成立60年来,中国共产党始终高度重视、积极探索加强领导干部的作风建设,提出了一系列重要论述,积累了包括执政条件下加强领导干部作风建设的核心内容、途径和抓手,不断提出和解决新课题,充分体现时代精神和时代风貌等宝贵经验.通过加强学习教育,开展整风或整党运动,对违法犯罪者严肃惩处,把作风建设纳入制度化的轨道等举措,不断推进领导干部作风的转变.
