“短暂物证”的研究与应用

从侦查实践的实际需出发以及微量物证的研究角度与思路获得的启发,结合国外的研究成果,本文提出“短暂物证”的概念。即:短暂物证就是在短时间客观存在并且保持物质实体的属性、特征或者存在状况容易改变或者消失的物证。对“短暂物证”的研究有利于提高物证利用及现场勘查工作的水平。

Study on "Transient Material Evidence" and Its Application

To meet the practical needs of crime investigation practice,the author who is much inspired by research angles and train of thoughts to micro-material evidence while combining the domestic research findings with the foreign ones proposes a notion of the transient material evidence.The transient material evidence refers to those evidences which can objectively exist in a short period of time with preserving properties and features of the material substance,or evidences whose existence state is easily changeable or disappearing.The research works to transient material evidences will benefit usage value of the material evidences as well as improving on-site forensic inspection capacities.
