| 摘 要： | 1959—1961年,我国国民经济陷入严重困难之中。面对困难,刘少奇发扬实事求是的思想作风,在实地调查的基础上形成了一系列关于如何面对困难的思想。刘少奇认为：面对困难,要实事求是地承认困难,充分估计困难;看到困难的同时还要看到光明的前途,坚定战胜困难的必胜信念;要勇敢前进,努力克服困难。刘少奇的这一思想,对于克服当时国民经济困难,对于全面建设小康社会都具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | 1959--1961, China＇s national economy fell into serious difficulties. Faced with the difficulties, LIU Shao--qi carried forward into the ideological style of seeking truth from facts, and developed a serious of ideas on how to face difficulties, based on surveys. LIU thinked that： faced with the difficulties, we must realistically recognize the difficulties, fully as- sess the difficulties; see not only the difficulties but also a bright future at the same time, and own firm faith in the triumph to overcome difficulties; bravely move forward and strive to overcome difficulties. LIU Shao--qi＇s ideas have a great significance of both overcoming old days＇ economic difficulties and today＇s building a moderately prosperous society. |
