| 摘 要： | 价格政策对资源节约有重要作用,建立合理的价格政策的目的在于提高浪费成本和节约收益。在市场经济条件下,应充分发挥市场对自然资源配置的基础性作用,建立科学的资源价格形成机制和价格结构,逐步形成自然资源市场。

| Abstract: | The pricing policy plays an important rote in resource saving. The purpose of establishing a rational pricing policy is to enhance waste and save receipts. In the market economy, we should give full play to the basic rote of the market in allocation of natural resources create a scientific resource price-forming mechanism and price structure, and gradually develop the natural resources market. |
