| Abstract: | This paper first makes an analysis on the structure of Foreign Direct Investment(FDI) in Vietnam from three aspects: foreign direct investors,internal districts accepting FDI and industrial structure.Then,the paper valuates FDI's impacts on Vietnam's economy,including its contribution to GDP,effects on technology transference,competition among enterprises,as well as employment and wage.The third part of the paper is an introduction of Vietnam's FDI transformation in the future. |
