| 摘 要： | 根据陕甘宁边区高等法院档案、当事人日记、文集、边区报纸、政府文件等原始材料，从政治和法律相结合的视角观察陕甘宁边区的司法制度，可以看到一个非常鲜明的特点——民众对司法审判活动的全面而深度的参与。陕甘宁边区大众化司法的尝试有着十分重要的意义，同时也提供了经验和教训，其形成原因亦极为复杂，值得深入研究。 |
