| 摘 要： | 作为党内民主的创新范式，党内协商民主是增进党内和谐的重要方式。以党内协商民主促进党内和谐应努力做到：增强党员民主素养，提高党员民主协商能力；健全党内协商制度，保障党员民主权利；创新党内协商形式，拓宽党内协商渠道；发挥党内协商优势，实现各种民主形式有效结合；客观分析党情，科学判断党的历史方位。

| Abstract: | As a canonical form of bringing forth new ideas in inner-Party democracy, inner-Party consultation democracy is an effective way of promoting inner-Party harmony. To persist in doing this, we must improve Party members＇ democratic qualities and their abilities of consultation, improve the inner-Party consultative system, guarantee the democratic fights of Party members, bring forth new ideas in consultative forms, broaden avenues for consultation and make all consultative ways effectively integrated. |
