| Abstract: | In order to strengthen democratic political construction in colleges and universities, some related regulations, such as teachers' congress and regulations of making public the affairs of colleges, etc. must be established and amplified. The work of strengthening democratic political construction must be ensured by regulations. By adhering to those regulations, teaching and administrative staff can be ensured to participate in democracy, to make democratic decision, to engage democratic management and to exert the function of democratic supervision. |
