浙江省流动未成年人的暑期教育研究

浙江是人口流动的大省,外来务工人员子女利用暑期来浙与父母短期团聚,但存在着许多问题,主要表现为安全、性侵害、犯罪和沉迷网络等.文章对暑期流动未成年人的问题进行了探析,并提出了一条“以大学生志愿者为主导,企业提供物质支持,政府和家长积极作为”的解决途径.

Study on Summer Vocation Education of Floating Minors in Zhejiang Province

Zhejiang is a large province with great number of floating population. The external work personnel children have lots of problems during the summer vocation in Zhejiang. The striking problems are the security issues, the sexual abuse crimes and the internet addiction problems. The article analyzed the problems carefully and put forward a way to solve them. That is we should mostly depend on college student volunteers, the enterprises should provide material support, and the government together with parents need joining actively.
