摘    要:公安派出所巡逻民警的目标管理考核是民警录用、晋升、工资福利、奖惩等的基础和依据,同时,又可为人事决策的科学化和改进人事制度提供指导。为使考核客观公正,从而促进公平,提高效率,保证廉洁,以真正使巡逻工作做强、做精,就有必要积极探索公安派出所巡逻民警履职考核的创新与完善。

Abstract:The assessment of patrolman based on the management of goals in police stations is not only the foundation and bases of employment, promotion, payment, welfare, rewards and punishment, but also provides the guidance of scientific personnel decision- making and perfection of personnel system. It's necessary for us to explore and innovate the assessment of patrolman's duties in police stations in order to promote the justice, enhance the efficiency, insure probity and make the patrol work better and more excellent.
