| Abstract: | The assessment of patrolman based on the management of goals in police stations is not only the foundation and bases of employment, promotion, payment, welfare, rewards and punishment, but also provides the guidance of scientific personnel decision- making and perfection of personnel system. It＇s necessary for us to explore and innovate the assessment of patrolman＇s duties in police stations in order to promote the justice, enhance the efficiency, insure probity and make the patrol work better and more excellent. |
