粤港澳出入境管理制度之比较

粤港澳出入境管理制度在体制、模式等方面有各自的特点，三地应相互借鉴和融合，把握今后内地往来港澳管理制度的设置方向，加强出入境领域的合作，方便人员往来，共同打击出入境领域的各类违法犯罪，维护出入境秩序。

A Comparative Study on the Administrative Systems of Entry and Exit in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao

This paper makes a dimensional analysis and comparison between the administrative systems of exit and entry in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao from the aspects of framework and mode and summarizes the major characteristics in the three regions aiming that they may draw references from each other and merge into each other. In this way we can control the direction of establishing administrative system of exchange of visits between mainland China and Hong Kong or Macao, strengthen the cooperation in the field of exit and entry, facilitate exchange of visits, make joint efforts to combat crimes in the field of entry and exit and maintain the order of exit and entry. At last, this paper puts forward some reflections on Guangdong＇s drawing references from the administrative systems of exit and entry of Hong Kong and Macao and makes Guangdong＇s administrative system of entry and exit merge into those of Hong Kong and Macao.
