| Abstract: | The celebrative activity for welcoming Hong Kong people held by Tianjin federation of trade union in 1997.The atmosphere was splendor and warm involving the staff mass from the grass root of bureaus.The activity was design with deliberation.The success contributed to three factors,concern from leaders,rigorous organization and teamwork. |
