| 摘 要： | 影子经济的产生有历史原因和改革原因。历史原因就是公民与国家对立、国家对产权保护能力削弱、苏联时期国家对经济的过分干预、存在垄断。改革原因主要有对部分产品制定合同价、一次性放开价格、私有化及税赋过高。

| Abstract: | The appearance of shadow economy is of a historic reason and a reform cause.The historic reason is that citizens were opposite to state;state became weak in protecting property rights;nation unduely interfered with economy--monopoly came into being during the Soviet period.The reform reason is that state laid down a contract price for some products,liberated price at one time and made privatization and tax much high. |
