| Abstract: | The training of legal professional personnels' unification has been earring out in order to construct a countury ruling by law. The author's conceptions are; (1)to set up a practicable system of legal profession and to determine a general,countury - wide qualification test of legal professional personnels; (2) to standardize a lifelong education system of legal professional personnels; (3)to provide a system of legal professional personnels' internal floating and communication. |
