| 摘 要： | 西部民营企业要在西部大开发中发挥其主体作用,就必须高度重视人力资源管理。西部民营企业人力资源管理的 主要问题是人力资源管理的战略作用没有得到应有重视和人力资源管理理念没有得到充分体现。要加强人力资源管理就必须建 立现代企业制度,建立员工与企业利益的共同体,建立科学的人才管理制度和严格的考核体系等。

| Abstract: | If the private enterprise in west wants to bring the main boby position into full play, it must pay more attention to HRM. The article analyses the main problems of private enterprise's HRM in west and put forward some measures, such as, set up modem enterprise' s system; build the united benefit boby between the workers and the enterprise; set up sciencific mangment system of the talented person and strict examination system. |
