| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's thought about democracy and rule by law demonstrates full strategy position and impotant role of socialist democracy. It also explains the basic political system of ensure socialist democracy. It points out the important ways to construct socialist democracy. It emphasizes specially that the construction socialist democracy must restain a stable and union's political environment and must carry on under the leadship and order. |
