| 摘 要： | 大学新生初期的心理适应是造成大学生心理失衡的主要因素。分析研究大学新生在角色转换过程中出现的早期心理矛盾与失调的原因,对于帮助这些新生面对困难与挫折,走出心理失衡的困惑,使大学新生顺利渡过适应期,有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | It is the mentally suiting into college life at early of college freshmen that causes their mental illnesses mostly. This article tries to analyze the reasons that cause these mental unbalances mainly from the aspect of mental contradiction and imbalance of early role transformation. The paper also discusses how to help these freshmen overcoming difficulties , conquering problems of mental unbalance and how to help them through the adapting stage smoothly for high - educational workers. |
