加快陕西农业发展的对策思考

当前陕西农业在发展中存在的主要问题是农业经济发展质量不高;农业基础设施不足,生产条件欠佳,尤以水利为最;农业现代化水平不高;农业科技投入低;产业结构极不合理;生态环境破坏严重。因此,要加快陕西农业的大发展,就必须努力抓好农村基础设施建设,加强生态环境建设,搞好产业结构调整,形成具有竞争优势的产业格局,依靠我省的科技优势,大力发展知识农业,建好涉农“四大市场”,使陕西农业实现跨越式发展。

At present the subject matter that the agriculture of Shaanxi exists in developing is:agricultural economic development is of low quality,agricultural infrastructures are insufficient and the working condition is not good enough--especially water conservancy,agricultural modernization level is not high;Science and technology that input in agricultural is low,agricultural structure is extremely unreasonable and ecological environmental disruption is serious.Therefore,to eccelerate the great development of Shaanxi agriculture,we must make great efforts to strengthen rural infrastructure construction,and ecological environmental construction,to do industrial structure adjustment well to form the industrial pattern with competition advantage,to develop knowledge agriculture energetically and build up"four major markets"of agriculture by depending on Shaanxi's advantages in scientific and technological.Finally,make Shaanxi realize crossing over type development by agriculture.
