试论目前高校德育工作存在的问题及对策

高校德育工作目前存在的主要问题是许多方面跟不上形势和时代的发展。其客观原因主要是高校德育工作面临的环境日趋复杂化,给高校德育工作带来了挑战和冲击,加大了德育工作的难度。主观原因主要是德育工作者自身的素质状况不能适应时代发展的要求,对此必须加强德育战略的研究,创新高校德育工作,提高德育工作者素质。
