依法行政的环境简论

只有依法行政,才能真正创建廉洁、高效、务实、勤政的政府。依法行政,就要加强依法行政的环境建设。依法行政是一个渐进的过 程,因此,无论是国际环境、政治环境,还是法律环境、行政主体的内部环境,都需要付出长期努力去建设。
