The Construction of Modern Administrative Jurisprudence and the Rise of the Study on Governmental Regulation

Early administrative jurisprudence had commonly seen the change from administrative science to the science of law, whereas modern administrative jurisprudence has seen the change from the judicial-review-centered to the administrative-process-centered. The theory of governmental regulation originated from the 1960's and 1970's had provided a sound analysis instrument for modern administrative jurisprudence, which is helpful to renovate the conceptual construction of traditional administrative jurisprudence and finally establish a modern administrative jurisprudence institution which is capable of interpreting the administrative process in the real world.
