摘 要: | 目的 研究瓜蒌Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.干燥成熟果皮的化学成分。方法 应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、ODS反相色谱柱以及半制备HPLC 等方法对瓜蒌皮水提物进行分离纯化,根据1H-NMR、13C-NMR和HRMS等波谱学方法对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从瓜蒌皮水提物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位共分离得到12个化合物,其结构鉴定为葫芦素D(1)、葫芦素B(2)、异葫芦素D(3)、fabacein(4)、23,24-二氢葫芦素D(5)、柯伊利素7-O-β-D吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、blumenol A(7)、对羟基苯甲酸(8)、5-oxymaltol(9)、香草酸(10)、烟酸(11)和3-maleimide-5-oxime(12)。结论 化合物4为首次从天然植物中分离得到,化合物3、8、9、11、12为首次从瓜蒌皮中分离得到。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the chemical components of the dry mature fruit peel of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.Methods Silicagel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS reversed phase column, and semi-preparative HPLC were used for the isolation and purification of the water extract of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. peel, and spectroscopy (1H-NMR,13C-NMR, and HRMS) was used for the structural identification of the compounds obtained.Results A total of 12 compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the water extract and were structurally identified as cucurbitacin D (1), cucurbitacin B (2),isocucurbitacin D (3), fabacein (4), 23,24-dihydrocu-curbitacin D (5), chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucoside(6),blumenol A (7),4-hydroxybenzoicacid (8), 5-oxymaltol (9), vanillic acid (10),nicotinic acid (11), and 2-methyl maleimide-5-oxime (12). Conclusion Compound 4 is isolated from a natural product for the first time, and compounds 3,8, 9, 11, and 12 are isolated from T. kirilowii peel for the first time. |
