摘    要:动车运行过程中发生车窗玻璃破碎的情况具有突然性,对铁路运输安全有一定影响,并极易受到公众高度关注。动车玻璃破碎有的是人为因素引起,有的是非人为因素引起,判明玻璃破碎的原因,确定案事件性质,是采取有效措施,消除安全隐患的前提。笔者结合海南环岛高铁2010年以来发生的89起动车玻璃破碎案事件现场勘查实践以及广深线48起动车玻璃破碎案事件资料,对玻璃自爆、飞砟、弹弓弹射钢珠、抛石击打造成玻璃破碎的形成机制和痕迹特征进行了分析总结;针对抛石击打与飞砟形成玻璃破碎痕迹的区分难点,对两者因击打角度和方式不同、击打物的体积和质量的不同而形成痕迹的差异进行了深入探讨。

Investigation into window-glass breaking of high-speed train

Abstract:Occasionally, high-speed train occurs to its window-glass breaking. No matter what resulted in the glass breakage, the causation must be ascertained for the responsible authorities and personnel so that the preventative countermeasure can be targeted to set up and/or the successive work assignment has its pertinent basis. Certainly, the glass breakage is necessarily caused from either human or non-human factors. For human factors, the case should be solved as soon as possible; for non-human causation, the triggering origin must be found and defined into the resulting mechanism and process. Through investigation into 89 cases of glass breaking occurring with the high-speed trains on Hainan Island Circulating Railway since 2010 plus the data of 48 cases of same nature on Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway line, this paper analyzed the resulting mechanism and the involving characteristic marks, having summarized into the causation of glass autoexplosion, fl ying ballast, catapulting steel-ball and riprap. In view of the diffi culties in distinguishing the glass-broken marks that were resulted from riprap and/or fl ying ballast, discussions were made about the differences between the glass-broken marks formed with either various angles and ways or discrepant bulks and weights of the striking objects. © 2021, Editorial Office of Forensic Science and Technology.
