| Abstract: | Canadian union organizations at all levels,including All-Canada Federation of Trade Unions,local federation of trade unions and trade unions at the basic level,have their own responsibilities.In order to further stabilize the labor relations,trade union organizations regard to establish a union organization,to sign a collective contract and to settle a labor dispute as their major task.Wal-mart in Quebec province of Canada has already established the trade union organization. |
