| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛总书记提出的"同心"思想融科学认识与价值判断为一体,集合规律性与合目的性于一身。思想上同心同德是根本,目标上同心同向是灵魂,行动上同心同行是关键,建设和巩固政治共识是"同心"的基础。毕节试验区同心共创、同心共建、同心共进的探索和实践,集中展示了改革开放新时期"同心"思想的孕育、形成和巨大生命力。

| Abstract: | The one mind thought,proposed by General Secretary Hu Jintao,combines science understanding with value judgments,and collects regularity and purpose together.To be of one mind is fundamental,to be of one heart in target is the soul,to work with together is the key,to build and consolidate political consensus is the basis of one mind thought.Exploration and practice with one heart and one mind in Bijie Test Area showed the formation and enormous vitality of one mind thought at the new era of reform and opening up. |
