论建设马克思主义学习型政党的科学维度与价值维度

党的十七届四中全会提出建设马克思主义学习型政党的任务。这一重大课题和历史任务是我们党着眼于新时期新任务而提出的，显示出党对于自身历史方位及执政使命的清醒把握。从历史和战略的视野来看，它具有科学维度和价值维度，两者是有机统一的。正确理解和把握这两个基本维度，对于我们在新时期加强党的建设，完成时代赋予我们的任务，推进中国特色社会主义事业的发展具有重大的理论和实践意义。

The Construction of Scientific Dimension and Value Dimension of a Learning Party of Marxism

The Party＇s Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central proposes the task of the construction of a learning Party of Marxism with a view of the Party＇ s new goal in new period, which shows the Party＇ s clear under- standing of its historical orientation and ruling mission. In perspective of history and strategy, it has scientific dimen- sion and value dimension organically unifying. It is of important significance on theory and practice for strengthening the Party＇s construction in new period, fulfilling an arduous task and pushing forward socialist career with Chinese characteristics.
