摘    要:外语教师对二语习得者的情感过滤起主导作用,对二语习得者情感过滤的正确引导有利于新型师生关系构建。构建和谐师生关系有如下策略:提高自身素质,树立自身权威;重视师生情感交流;改变教学模式,以"学习者为中心";保护学生自尊心。

Abstract:New teacher-student relationship refers to the mutual respect and equality,democracy,and the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and it is for the purpose of the development of students' initiative and creativity.Constructing new teacher-student relationship is the inevitable requirement of the development of modern education.Affective Filter Hypothesis is an important factor affecting second language acquisition.The paper,by an empirical study,discusses the strategies of constructing new teacher-student relationship,and foreign language teachers play a key role for their "Affective Filter",so directing correctly their "Affective Filter" is favorable for constructing new teacher-student relationship.Constructing teacher-student relationship has the following strategies: improving their own quality and establishing their authority;attaching importance to emotional communication between teachers and students;changing the teaching mode with "Learner centered";protecting students' self-esteem.
