党内法规实践、理论与未来研究展望

早期的中国共产党探索了一条依规实现组织有效管理的路径。党的十八大以来,党内法规实践的发展呈现出系统化、整体化推进的特点;党内法规承担了更多的政治伦理重塑的功能,既体现了规范伦理的要求,同时也反映了美德伦理的内涵。此外,党内法规实践也对党内法规理论研究提出了迫切需求。基于党内法规实践和党内法规学科的特点,未来党内法规理论研究需要把握明确政治性,在学科融合的基础上勇于创新,为实践提供先导的原则。

The Practice,Theory and Future Research Prospects of the Inner-Party Regulation

The early Chinese Communist Party explored a path to achieve effective management of the organization according to regulations.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the development of the practice of Party internal statutes has been characterized by systematic and holistic advancement;the statutes of the Party have assumed more functions of reshaping polit-ical ethics,reflecting the requirements of normative ethics and reflecting the connotation of virtue ethics.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the practice of inner-Party laws and regulations has also placed an urgent need on the theo-retical study of laws within the Party.Based on the practice of the Party’s internal laws and regulations and the characteristics of the Party’s internal laws and regulations,the future theoretical research of the Party’s internal laws and regulations needs to grasp the principles:clear political nature,bold innovation on the basis of academic integration,and providing guidance for practice.
