| 摘 要： | 作为经济关系载体的市民社会内在地需要法律的调整,市民社会的发展一方面产生客观的法权要求,另一方面又由于自身的不自足性需要法律的调整,市民社会的经济活动只有在国家法律的调整下才能稳定和有序地运行。马克思的这一思想对今天的经济建设和法治建设具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Law is a necessity in a citizen society as the carrier of economic relationships. In the process of evolvement, a citizen society has desired for the adjustment of law, owing to the defects of itself, as well as requirement of legal right. Only under the adjustment of law can the economic activities develop steadily and properly. Marx's view still has great guiding effect on economy today. |
