| 摘 要： | 第二十次全国公安工作会议第一次把正规化建设提到了事关公安队伍建设全局的位置上来强调。我们通过联系实际,指出了公安队伍正规化建设方面存在的主要问题,并结合当前公安工作发展的新形势,提出了正规化建设的指导思想和原则,进而探讨正规化建设的目标任务。

Moreover, we make a discussion about how to construct a regular public security army. |
