| Abstract: | Comrade Hu Jintao has made profound researches on how to foster and select carders.He makes comprehensive expositions of some important issues,from the importance and urgency of fostering and selecting young carders to the law of how to properly handle the features of the maturity of the young carders and their foster and selection,from how to strengthen foster and selection of the young carders to self-improvement of them.Through these comparatively comprehensive expositions,regular recognitions and systematic theory have been achieved,which enrich and develop the theory of building our party and a contingent of carders. |
