当前我国科学理性精神存在的主要问题

改革开放以来,我国过分重视对西方科学技术层面的引进,不同程度地忽视了借鉴和发扬西方科学理性精神,在科学民主昌明的今天,出现了科学理性实用化、实证化、形式化、世俗化和工具化等问题。这些问题的存在,使我们至今仍然缺乏适应社会主义现代化建设需要、独立自主的科学技术创新能力。因此,深刻反思当前我国科学理性精神存在的诸多问题,对于进一步发扬科学理性精神,形成独立自主的科学技术创新能力, 实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,具有重要的现实意义。

Primary Problems in Scientific and Rationalist Spirit in China

Because of the influences of historic and cultural traditions, we, since the reform and opening, have overemphasized the introduction of sciences and technologies, and some problems appear, such as excessive application of scientific rationalism, over-authentification, emphasis on superficial forms and so on, which results in the lack of capabilities of scientific and technological innovation in an independent way. So it is of great significance to reflect on these problems in order to carry forward the scientific and rationalist spirit and have independent, scientific and technological capabilities in building an all-round well-being society.
