Learner Autonomy in College English and Capacity-Building

The concept of learner autonomy is posed by Henri Holec in 1981.Since the born of the concept,the scholars at home and abroad made a lot of researches about it.There are three aspects to train the students’ abilities of learner autonomy,and they are the theoretical basis for its creation,strategies for the capacity-building and role changes of teachers.
