| 摘 要： | 在国家实施西部大开发战略和加入世界贸易组织的大视野下,西部民族地区在拓展民营经济发展空间中,应着重加快基础设施建设、生态环境建设和保护、调整和优化产业结构、促进科学技术和教育的发展,同时要十分重视有关加入世界贸易组织的国民待遇、企业融资、产权保护制度、加强管理和服务等问题,采取卓有成效的对策措施。

| Abstract: | During expanding developmental space of civil-run economy, we must focus onspeeding up infrastructure building, protecting and constructing ecological environment, adjust-ing and opitimizing industrial structure and advancing development of science and technology aswell as education. At the same time, we also have to emphasize some problems relating to joiningWTO, i. e, civil treatment, enterprises' circulating funds, system of protecting propertyrights, strengthening administration and service and then make highly effective countermeasures. |
