| 摘 要： | 警方用政府的强大优势所构成的强力资源来硬性地逼迫谈判者让步，并且要以对方绝对服从的模式来单一化地解决当前的劫持危机，事实证明这是反劫持致命伤，必然成为现场反劫持行动引发流血事件、导致人财两空的一个缘由。

| Abstract: | It has been proved to be a fatal wound in the anti-kidnapping and induce bloody incident with the loss of life and property at last that the police try to force the negotiator to concede under the mighty pressure of the government toughly and want to resolve the kidnapping crisis by only accepting the negotiator's absolute obedience. |
