| 摘 要： | 随着现代科学技术的兴起和广泛应用 ,信息的社会化、网络化 ,要求作为文献信息中心的图书馆必须彻底改变传统的管理模式 ,实现现代化的管理 ,这就要求认真抓好管理人员的继续教育 ,提高管理人员的政治和业务素质 ,才能使管理人员适应图书馆管理现代化的要求。

Therefore further education for librarians is required to be well managed so as to enhance their political and profesional quality, enabling them to meet the demand of library management modernization. |
