| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种新的经济模式。目前，我国循环经济法律制度还不完善，循环经济法的缺失，便难以运用法律手段规范，促进循环经济的持续发展。循环经济法是涉及多种学科的法律，因此，运用自然科学、经济学、法学理论研究和构建起循环经济法是促进循环经济持续发展的重要保障。

| Abstract: | Circular economy is a new economic mode. Currently, circular economy Law system is not perfect. The deletion of circular economy law makes it more difficult to regulate and promote economic sustainable development. Meanwhile, circular economy law involves many subjects. Therefore, utilizing ecology, economics, law theory researches and constructing circular economy law are the important guarantee for promoting the sustainable development of circular economy. |
