| 摘 要： | 《人民警察法》规定的职责范围 ,涉及公安机关的全部执法活动。其中很重要的一部分内容是刑事职务行为。文章从系统性和整体性层面上 ,分析我国警察刑事职务行为的基本理论现状 ,并提出一些观点 ,以促进警察刑事职务行为理论的完善。
